No worries with an ADT security system!

The panic and medical alarm buttons are water resistant and can be worn as a wrist band, on a lanyard around the neck, or as an apparel clip. The button works in and around your home.

Someone at your door? You’ll be notified even if they don’t press the bell button.

Every time an ADT alarm system is triggered, a signal is sent to our Central Monitoring Center, which is manned around the clock. One of our operators then calls you to check whether all is okay. If they can’t get hold of you, other keyholders you’ve listed will be contacted.

Dispatch

Once the alarm is confirmed the relevant service will be dispatched: Police for intrusion alarms and the Fire Department for smoke alarms.
Would you like us to send a security guard to check out the premises? ADT offers Guard Response service as well.

When a medical alarm is triggered, we’ll follow the protocol we’ve established with you. We might call a neighbor, family member, or Emergency Service to send help.

A panic alarm always results in an immediate dispatch of the police, without contacting you first.

Our security experts are waiting and prepared for any eventuality. 24/7 means we’re never off duty, also not during lockdowns, pandemics, and hurricanes. We’re always there.

Other Trouble

Not only do we receive alarm signals from your security system, also when the system is experiencing trouble or low batteries we’ll be notified. We’ll contact you, to arrange a service visit for example.

All is in place to make sure you’ll enjoy an uninterrupted and working alarm system at all times!

Pay for a service on a time and material basis, or go for a Maintenance Contract.

A Maintenance Contract comes with a monthly fee and provides an extended warranty on ADT’s security equipment and installation. When equipment fails under normal wear and tear, or when batteries of wireless devices run low, we’ll come and fix or replace the equipment at no extra cost to you.

A Maintenance Contract is a money saver in the long-term and makes sure you’ll have your system serviced when needed. This way you won’t ever have to make a choice between ‘spending money now’ or ‘delaying a repair of my alarm system’, since it’s included in a Maintenance Contract and won’t cost you extra.
